Setup Instructions
Step 1: Get Mezmo Service Key
- Log in to your Mezmo dashboard
- Navigate to Settings → Organization → API Keys
- Copy your existing service key or create a new one
- Save the service key securely
Step 2: Connect Mezmo in Steadwing
- Navigate to Steadwing Settings
- Find the Mezmo integration card under Logs & Search
- Click to expand the collapsible form
- Enter your configuration:
- Mezmo Service Key: Paste your service key
- Toggle the switch to Enable the integration
Step 3: Verify Connection
- Return to Steadwing Settings
- Confirm the Mezmo integration shows as Connected
- Create a test incident to verify log data is being pulled correctly

When analyzing an incident, Steadwing:- Queries Mezmo for logs within the incident time window
- Searches for error patterns and anomalies
- Identifies log spikes or unusual activity
- Correlates log events with other data sources (metrics, traces)
- Provides relevant log excerpts in the RCA report
